General Information

The information provided is mainly for those of you who are new and not fully acquainted with the concession requirements particular to the south side of the park, normally referred to as the Southside.

The Festival operational hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on both the Saturday and Sunday. The Festival is held at Waterfront Park, a site that is divided into a North Side and a South Side (please see Park Map for an illustration).

 The following are examples of some of the items permitted on the Southside. Novelties: Arts& Crafts, apparels, jewelry, hammocks, sealed or bottled items, etc. Mobiles: Coffee, donuts, candies, ice cream and pre-wraps.  Mobiles and other units must be fully Self-contained. ……WE DO NOT PROVIDE WATER & ELECTRICTY ON THE SOUTHISIDE

Various types of non-food vendors provide services at the Festival. To apply for status in any of the categories below, please download and complete the relevant forms, and send them by fax or mail using the contact information below.

South Side Arts & Crafts Vendors

A variety of clothing, jewellery, arts and crafts vendors join us at Caribbean Days. To qualify for vendor status, the vendor must agree to obtain:

  • Operator’s Liability Insurance
  • A Provincial and/or Municipal License, if applicable
  • Provincial and/or Municipal Health-Board Compliance Certificate, where applicable.

A damage deposit of $150 is also required. No electricity or running water is supplied or permitted with these facilities.

Promotional, Sponsors and Other Vendors

A variety of other entities such as promoters, entertainers, tattoo and facepainting artists and more, join us at Caribbean Days. Organizations that are interested in promoting a product or service, and don't have a self-contained unit to display from, may be interested in this category. To qualify for vendor status, the vendor must agree to obtain:

  • Operator’s Liability Insurance
  • A Provincial and/or Municipal License, if applicable
  • Provincial and/or Municipal Health-Board Compliance Certificate, where applicable.

A damage deposit of $75 is also required, refundable within 10 days after event. No electricity or running water is supplied or permitted with these facilities.
