We are now accepting applications from vendors interested in obtaining a concession booth at the Trinidad and Tobago Cultural Society’s Caribbean Days Festival 2008 at Waterfront Park in North Vancouver. The following types of vendors provide services at the Festival:
To apply for status in any of the categories below, please download and complete the relevant forms, and send them by fax or mail using the contact information below. North Side Food Vendors, aka ConcessionairesThe North side of the park is home to an array of multicultural and multi-genre food and beverage sellers. Are you an established food services enterprise with the ability to assemble a team and serve hot food to a large crowd? This could be a lucrative opportunity for you. Caribbean Days attracts tens of thousands of visitors each year. Above plans include unheated running water to a shared sink. A damage deposit of $350 is also required (refundable within 10 days after the event). A $500 advance deposit is required by May 15, 2008, to reserve a booth, with the balance to be paid not later than June 07, 2008. North Side Kiosks: Drinks VendorsA number of smaller kiosk, drink and convenience food vendors occupy the South side of Waterfront Park for Caribbean Days each year. To qualify for vendor status in this category, the supply and/or sale of goods must be at a single location, fully self-contained and licensed for that purposes. No electricity or running water is supplied or permitted with these facilities. Space is made available on a first come first served basis. South Side Mobile Snack Food VendorsA number of smaller kiosk, drink and convenience food vendors occupy the South side of Waterfront Park for Caribbean Days each year. To qualify for vendor status in this category, the supply and/or sale of goods must be from within a fully self-contained unit licensed for that purpose. No electricity or running water is supplied or permitted with these facilities. Space is made available on a first come first served basis.
